After a gap of almost in twenty years the moon is coming close to the earth next week . This rare event is called
"extreme super moon".
According to Scientists an extreme super moon occurs when the Earth's natural satellite reaches its absolute closest point.
On March 19 , this year the moon will be only 2,21,556 miles away . This is also called lunar perigees.
In recent times this super moon happened in 1955 , 1974, 1992, and in 2005 .
While some fear this may trigger earthquakes , volcano eruptions, and other diasters around the world , some disagree with this .They feel to the most it will cause a difference to the tide.
