முறையாக வாழக் கற்றுக்கொள்வது மிகக் கடினமான ஒரு கலை. மிகச் சிறு பிராயத்திலேயே அதைக் கற்கத் தொடங்கி, அதற்காக முயற்சி எடுத்துக்கொள்ளாவிடில் ஒருவன் ஒருநாளும் அதைச் சரியாகக் கற்றுக்கொள்ளமாட்டான். உடலை நல்ல ஆரோக்கிய நிலையில் வைத்துக்கொள்ளவும், மனத்தின் அமைதியும் உள்ளத்தில் நல்லெண்ணமும் இருக்கக் கற்றுக்கொள்ளாவிடில் ஏதோ வாழ்க்கை என்று சொல்லிக் கொள்ளும்படியான வாழ்க்கை கூட ஒருவன் வாழமுடியாது .
