இறைவன் என்பது யார்? யாரிடம் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் தோற்றம், நிலைபெறல், ஒடுக்கம் இவை நடைபெறுகின்றனவோ அவரே கடவுள். அவர் என்றும் உள்ளவர்,
அவர் எப்போதும் தூயவர், என்றும் சுதந்திரர், எல்லாம் வல்லவர், எல்லாம் அறிந்தவர், கருணை வடிவினர், குருவிற்கெல்லாம் குருவானவர், எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் மேலாக அந்த இறைவன் சொல்லுக்கு அடங்காத அன்பு வடிவினன் .
பிரம்மத்தைப் பற்றி மனித மனத்தினால் உணர முடிந்த மிகவுயர்ந்த கருத்து இறைவன்.
ஆன்மீகத்தின் சாரம் நமது மனம், உயிர், உடல் அல்லாமல் நமது ஜீவனின் அக உண்மையாக உள்ள ஒரு மெய்ப் பொருளுக்கு, ஆன்மாவுக்கு விழித்தெழுதல் ஆகும் .
அதை அறிய வேண்டும், அதை உணர வேண்டும், அதுவே ஆகவேண்டும் என்ற உள் ஆர்வம் என்றும் இருக்கும். பிரபஞ்சம் முழுவதும் ஊடுருவிப் பரவியும் அதற்கு அப்பாலும் இருந்து அதே சமயம் நமது சொந்த ஜீவனிலும் உறைகின்ற பேருண்மையுடன் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுதல், அதனுடன் உறவு ஏற்படுத்தல், அதனுடன் ஐக்கியமாதலே ஆன்மிகம் ஆகும் .
அந்த ஆர்வத்தின், அந்தத் தொடர்பின், அந்த ஐக்கியத்தின் பயனாக நமது ஜீவன் முழுவதற்கும் ஒரு புதிய திருப்பம், ஒரு மாற்றம், ஒர் உருமாற்றம் ஏற்படும். நாம் ஒரு புதிய ஜீவனாக, ஒரு புதிய ஆன்மாவாக வளர்வோம் .
நமது இதயபூர்வமான பிரார்த்தனை எதுவும் வீண்போவதில்லை.
இந்த அன்பில்தான் அமைதியும் இன்பமும் உள்ளது . இணையற்ற ஆறுதல் அளிப்பதும் இதுவே. அனைத்தையும் வென்று தருவதும் இதுவே.

நாம் ஆன்மிகப் பாதையில் உண்மையாகவே முன்னேற வேண்டுமானால் முதற்காரியமாக அகங்கார முடிச்சை வெட்டிவிட வேண்டும் .

உன்னை மிகக்குறுகிய இடத்திற்குள் பிடித்து அடைத்து வைத்திருக்கிற எதிர்ப்புகள், பழக்கங்கள், விருப்பு வெறுப்புகள் எவை என்பதைக் கண்டுபிடிக்க வேண்டும்.
At the time of birth, human heart is pure, selfless and steady. But with the passage of time, man loses his purity on account of his association with various individuals.
Remember the truth that you are born to serve the society. Make no distinctions whatsoever in rendering service. Serve your parents, brothers, friends, relatives and even beggars alike.

Uttering falsehood, scandalizing, finding fault with others and excessive articulation.
These have to be avoided. Practice moderation in speech.That will help you in many ways.
